Moxy Seoul Insadong

I love Moxy everywhere and the South Korean location did not disappoint. Right in front of a great subway line, tons of restaurants and markets nearby. Clean, comfy and great facilities. Beautiful rooftop

Location is good.

If it could improve the sound of close the door at night will be better. The other is the bed is a little soft. I like the hard one.

- Room size was very spacious - Layout of the bed next to window and tv in front of it gave the room a very cosy feeling- TV had all the necessary streaming apps such as netflix- Standard checkout time until 12pm is very welcome- Luggage storage locker facility in the basement floor was very helpful - Music in the elevator was nice- I was happy that the window partially opens since I like to sleep in with the window open to let fresh air in- The large duvet in the bed was very much welcome especially for those of us who like to cover their entire body while they sleep

- Water pressure in the shower was too weak and that is not good for a hotel of this caliber.

It was very easy to get to from the airport by taking the subway. I will advise you to get some local currency immediately at the airport, then go downstairs and buy a T-card from 7-Eleven. You then need to top off your card with local currency in order to ride the rail. Once you have that set-up, the direct ride right to the hotel is simple and very convenient. The rooms are new, small and very GenZ. While the place was clean it wasn't totally our vibe. The breakfast had vast options which were delicious and the staff there was very kind.

The check-in for the hotel is on the top floor where the bar and lounge area is. This isn't uber convenient and I wish it was on the ground floor upon entry. The elevators (only 2) are small and take forever so going upstairs to check-in and check-out is less than convenient.

I like everything about the hotel! The location for transportation was perfect! Near subway entrance and a 5-minute walk to the main road/main bus stop. The room was spacious and everything was super clean! The beds were very comfy. The staff are very friendly and professional. I recommend it 100%.

The location was amazing. Subway and buses were very accessible to wherever you wanted to go. Insadong was filled with restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel. The staff were so accommodating. Charlie was particularly helpful in making appointments for spas and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. The hotel held our luggage before we checked in and after we checked in so we were able to make the most of our time. Highly recommend staying here. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Seoul.

location excellent. close to Jongo3 subway and when you step outside at night there are eating stalls and soo lively!Lots of restaurants and during the day there are wonderful bakeries, cafes and shops. Wonderful stay will recommend!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety. Welcome drinks were nice, rooms were clean, bed and pillows soft and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

I'd like more than one towel per guest, I like one for my hair and one for my body.

Fun, cheery hotel in a great location. Step out the door and you're right in the midst of cafes, restaurants and shops. Convenient to transit and major sites. Really friendly staff, comfy beds, rooftop bar.

The Internet was extremely slow, which was challenging for someone who had some work to do.The bed was really comfy but a little more room on the sides would have been nice. It was awkward to get in and out.

Great place to stay especially for the gen z and millennials. Cool place and near the tourist spots. So hip and has game areas.

Location was great! So many convenience stores around the area, the train station with escalator access is right outside, the bus stop is also just a few minutes away. Insadong has really nice restaurants, cafes and also some cute stores as well. The facilities - 2F dining lounge, gym, the 1F area where you can play foosball and arcade games were really great. We also loved the rooftop bar!

The breakfast buffet was awesome! Lots of options, high quality, and very fresh each day. We loved the location too - it was convenient to walk to many locations but also right next to a metro station entrance. I would totally stay here again.

Nice location. Many restaurants near. Easy walking to markets. Train station right outside, go out exit #4. No elevator at that exit. There is an elevator at an exit nearby.

Great location with direct access to the train right outside the door. You can also walk down the block for a different train line and a few blocks for the airport limousine (bus #6002). Many restaurants and trendy cafes nearby. The room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The welcome drink was a nice touch (you can choose between grape redbull, orange juice, or americano. You can also choose to add vodka to the redbull or orange juice). I also like that they have a laundry room (two washers two dryers, and an ironing board) and a place to store your luggage (luggage locker). Staff was welcoming and friendly. Also love that you can check in starting from 2pm and can check out at noon (other places have late check in times and early check out times).

Very nice hotel for this category. A lot of facilities that make the stay very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful and the welcome drink is a nice attention. The rooms are clean and give everything you need.

This was our second hotel in Seoul (first one was in Myeongdong) and we found the location of the Moxy to be less ideal. It still works though.

The location is quite central, walkable, excellent.

Other hotel chains in the area are a little cheaper. I dislike that the lobby is not on the ground floor.

I loved it! It was in a great location and had a fun hip vibe. The dining area was open to use in the evening so it made it easy to hang out with friends. The staff was very helpful and kind. I wanted to find a jjimjilbang and the front desk helped with that. I also needed to leave something at the front desk for someone to pick up and they were super accommodating. The subway was literally out front of the hotel which made getting around very convenient.
